Well I thought I would write my last blog for the year of 2015, I hope you have enjoyed reading my findings and experiences as much as I have enjoyed writing and sharing the info. I have signed up for Joe Cross's 5 day reboot starting in January but I reckon I may have already started my own reboot by then anyway, I got through Christmas without too much collateral damage to my health and weight, and I couldn't decide until about 10 minutes ago whether I would have an alcoholic drink ( Sambuca) or if I would have a smoothie for my evening meal, it is new years eve after all so I decided on the Sambuca, but I have all the juices prepared in the fridge ready to kick start 2016 in the right way. I saw on Facebook today that Joe Cross is back in Sydney and was shopping for produce for his new years juices, he actually gave up the alcohol all together, when he got his health back, but I have the occasional break out ha ha.
I have actually thought of combining my occasional alcohol break outs with my juices but not sure how Sambuca would go with a mean green. This year I won't be making a new years resolution, making Statements to the world to lose weight, exercise more blah blah blah, only puts pressure on yourself to carry them through, and when you don't you feel bad. Instead I am just going to keep doing what I have been doing which is not depriving myself of anything I want, keeping a close eye on my Blood Glucose Levels, and staying positive in knowing I have finally taken control of my health, I like having the juice instead of solid meals, so for me, I don't have to make any declarations, I just do as Joe Cross says and "Juice On" I hope you have found what works for you too. With so much going on tonight (ha ha not really) I am finding it hard to think of anything really profound to write about, so I will keep this post really short, I just want to wish my followers a very happy new year and hope 2016 brings you all the happiness and health that you all deserve, I hope that in some small way I have inspired you to have a go, because it doesn't matter how many times you try to do right by your body, it only matters that you keep on keeping on!
